What people say and do and think for most of day in their lives are done out of habit and with them mere slaves to their habits.

Most are only onlookers in their lives with the greater force of habits taking control for most of the day and dictating most aspects within their lives.

Most things that people think, say and do are done now out of habit and if those habits are mostly bad and misguided, what will that make their lives eventually?

In fact, if we live our lives with too many bad habits, what will that make us? It is impossible to be a truly good person with a good lifestyle and good outlook and be positive in life if you have many bad habits.

We are truly now beings of habit, and those habits are generally very bad habits. Most people I know and see are handcuffed to their bad habits 24 hours a day.

It is very modern and I challenge anyone to not really understand what is being said which although in part is deep, it mostly easy to follow.

If you can understand that you need wear warm clothes when you are going out in the snow or that you need take an umbrella with you when it’s raining, then you can understand this book.
People are unhappy because they wear an overcoat, thermals , scarf and gloves in the sun and at other times go outside in a T shirt in a winter blizzard.
