TimeOut4u is aimed at 100% of the people 100% of the time.
Time Out4u gives you the binoculars to see the hole and the shovel to fill it in.
Time Out4u is modern approach to what is an old problem: trying to be happy. It is easy to understand, follow and apply in your daily life and as it really gets to the root cause of the problem, the results are very quick and at times, instantaneous.
The book does strongly emphasis the importance and need for you to make effort and encourages and points out the benefits of dedication, both of which starts to become natural, especially when you feel the philosophy starting to kick-
This book I feel is cutting edge, in that it deals with you being able to cut the ties to your old self, which is often an unhappy self, whilst allowing you to build bridges, ladders and paths with logical, simple to understand methods, to reach a new, higher you.
With our ever increasing rush to gain external riches, it has always been at the expense of our inner self who has now become very poor indeed, even poverty stricken. Our inner self has become more of a beggar, forever wanting, forever needing: has become a slave to his many habits even though those habits do not give him the permanent happiness he so craves. Our habits can be seen not to quench our desire for happiness; yet when looked at, our habits are one of the main causes to our unhappiness. This is the greatest paradox of life today, in that we have become consumed and possessed in doing that which causes us the great misery.
Truly, our habits control us and if we have poor habits, then what does that make us? Rich and happy is the person who is free from bad habits and who can walk through life not handcuffed by the necessity to have to perform and be engrossed by a bad habit. Many carry the rucksack all day with them on their back which ‘they’ have filled full of rubbish. Not only is this rucksack very heavy, it is unnecessary, wasteful and very tiring to carry about with yourself all day.
Our habits now only serve to handcuff and chain us to our inner sorrow.
