Yet as the book points out: It’s up to you if you wish to stay sat in the uncomfortable armchair of sorrow and habit or are prepared to change and get up and make effort towards a new positive life and self. Both new and old lifestyles require the same effort, with the one giving the usual and predictable result of sorrow, whilst the other one gives the potential for unlimited reward and happiness: it’s that simple.

This book enables us to swap our shadows of sorrow that constantly follow us about everywhere we go, to shadows of happiness that also have to follow us everywhere we go. You decide who you want to follow you about wherever you go all of the time. This is the most important decision you will ever have to make in your life; for the person who follows you all day long will talk to you non-stop, and who wishes to listen to someone talking rubbish to them all day long? How nice it is to always have the company of someone you really like and who you can call your best friend.
I do not honestly know of anyone who could not benefit from reading this book as everyone has stress and tension and feels unhappy at times, and who sincerely wants a better, richer, more meaningful and more purposeful life.
